Sports and Orthopaedic Therapy Services, LLC participates with most insurance plans and carriers. We accept most group health insurance plans; below is a complete list. Our staff will work with you to confirm your eligibility and benefits for physical therapy prior to your first appointment.  All therapists are Medicare-certified and understand the limits of the current cap restriction on benefits. PLEASE NOTE: Although we verify insurance, it is the patient's responsibility to know their own coverage and that the cost may vary due to co-insurances and co-pays. NOT ALL services may be covered by insurance. Additionally, we can access OUT OF NETWORK benefits for Cigna and any PPO Health Plans not listed. We will gladly check specific benefits for any patients that may choose to go out of network. We also offer competitive Private Pay rates. Please contact our offices for details.
